Erica is originally from Italy and moved to the Netherlands to do her master studies in 2009. She works as Project Manager for tech & digital projects, she is passionate about education and wishes to make a positive impact however she can to reduce inequalities. Maria João Azevedo: Event Coordinator
Maria comes from Porto, Portugal, and graduated in Dentistry in 2018. As she wanted to keep researching how to improve people’s health, she moved to Amsterdam in 2022 to work on her doctoral degree in Oral Health Sciences. Maria believes that education is the first step to reducing inequalities and to empower people to have a better life. She is excited to apply her planning, management, and communications skills to organizing events for a great cause, putting the fun in fundraising!
Clara Ricci Curbastro Ruiz de Arcaute
Clara grew up between Italy and Spain and is currently living in Amsterdam, giving her a broad multicultural background. She recently started the second year of her bachelor’s studies, majoring in Political Science. She is really passionate about social causes and hopes to make a difference – even if small – to fight inequality. Education is at the core of this as it enables individuals to be empowered and have good critical thinking skills. With her enthusiasm, Clara is part of the events team to spread educate.’s message and have a positive impact!
